Delivery Terms

Overview

L’Essence de l’Orient delivers orders across the United Kingdom. Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

• Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 weeks of receiving your pre-order confirmation email.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday during normal working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
• You may receive a notification with an estimated delivery date and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Acceptance of Delivery

Upon receipt, you (or your representative) should check that the Products match your order and are in good condition. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund.

• Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed separately at checkout.
• Multiple orders may result in multiple charges appearing on your card or bank statement.
• L’Essence de l’Orient does not ship to countries subject to UK trade or economic sanctions.
